This document contains all the terms and conditions governing the use of the FastWin platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer to users in Malaysia.

To be eligible to register and use the FastWin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
FastWin reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account. Any winnings obtained during the suspension period may be voided.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) FastWin account only. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your FastWin account password confidential. FastWin recommends using a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone. FastWin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's failure to maintain proper account security.
You are required to ensure that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details. Inaccurate information may delay the withdrawal process and, in certain cases, result in withdrawals being rejected until the correct information has been verified.
FastWin reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and any other relevant supporting information.

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. FastWin does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, FastWin reserves the right to freeze the account until the source of funds can be verified.
All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). FastWin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
The minimum withdrawal at FastWin is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 and the weekly limit is RM200,000. For verified VIP accounts, higher limits may be individually agreed upon with the FastWin team.
FastWin is committed to processing 95% of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and 30 minutes for bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX. In exceptional cases requiring further review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, members must have wagered a total of at least once (1x) their most recent deposit amount. This requirement exists to prevent the platform from being used solely as a funds transfer facility. If this requirement is not met, withdrawals may be deferred until the condition is satisfied.
Any winnings generated from bonus use are subject to the specific wagering requirements of that bonus (typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g. 10x, 20x, 35x). Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Exact details vary by promotion and are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
FastWin offers its members a variety of promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
A bet is considered valid once it has been confirmed by the FastWin system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed prior to the start of the relevant match or event are void. Members are responsible for ensuring their bets have been successfully placed before closing the app or browser.
FastWin uses official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or esports platform to determine bet outcomes. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football matches, the final score after 90 minutes of play (excluding extra time unless otherwise stated) applies. For badminton matches, MLBB esports, and other sports, the official result declared by the tournament organiser is final.
FastWin reserves the right to reject or void any bet under the following circumstances:
The minimum bet limit at FastWin is RM1 per bet for most markets. Maximum limits vary by sport, league, and market. Maximum limits for Super League and EPL football main markets are higher than those for niche markets. Specific limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
A FastWin account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity or financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, or bets) for 12 consecutive months.
When an account is deemed inactive, FastWin will impose a an administrative fee of RM5 per month from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. FastWin will send notifications via email and SMS at least 30 days before fees begin to apply, giving members the opportunity to log back in and reactivate their account.
Accounts that reach a zero balance as a result of inactivity fees will be automatically closed. The Member in question may still re-register a new account subject to current eligibility requirements.
Members may request the closure of their FastWin account at any time by contacting customer support via email at support@fastwin-khelo.com. Before closing, please ensure all available balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance cannot be claimed once the account has been fully closed.
FastWin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:
In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, FastWin reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings until the investigation is concluded.

FastWin will always endeavour to resolve member complaints and disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Complaints may be submitted to support@fastwin-khelo.com and will be responded to within 48 hours working.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the agreed arbitration procedure.
FastWin complies with the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in handling members' personal data. All personal data is processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in accordance with the principles set out in the Act.
Access to the FastWin platform from certain countries may be subject to local legal restrictions. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that using a betting platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. FastWin makes no guarantees regarding the legality of platform use across all jurisdictions.
Many betting platforms write their terms and conditions in dense, convoluted legal language — as if deliberately designed to be incomprehensible to the average user. The FastWin team believes this is not the right way to build trust with our community.
